Canned Noodles Are Getting Popular in Japan
I bet not so many people know who invented cup noodles for the first time. Momofuku Ando was the inventor and later founded Nissin Foods. He was a successful mid-century entrepreneur who provided post-war Japanese citizens with a cheap and delicious alternative to real food. Mr. Ando died on January this year of a heart attack.
